Lunapads unique design features 2 parts: a
Pad Base with wings that fasten around the gusset of your underwear with a sewn-on plastic snap, and a
Liner Insert that is worn on top of the pad and held in place with ric-rac bands.
Liner Inserts are what make our pads so versatile and functional. Made of 2 layers of highly absorbent fleece, Liner Inserts absorb the majority of your menstrual flow, leaving the Pad Base relatively clean and dry. A single Pad will get you through an entire day of your cycle; just change the Liner Insert as needed!
Our Pads range in length from Mini (8") to Heavy (14"), to provide coverage for a variety of bodies and accommodate light to heavy periods. Every individual Pad purchased includes 1 matching Liner Insert. Additional Liner Inserts may be purchased in sets of 2. Customize absorbency by layering multiple Liners for heavier flow, or skip the Liner Insert altogether for very light flow.
