Samples, Information and Donation Requests

Lunapads will provide samples (subject to availability) and information (Lunapads leaflets and discount coupons and articles that can be photocopied) to groups promoting womens' health and environmental issues. Please send us an email to tell us about your group, project or event and we will see what we can do for you. We support low-income women's groups and other special needs organizations with factory seconds donations. We will also consider making a donation of Lunapads for raffles or auctions to aid in fundraising projects.

Please note that we cannot provide samples of the DivaCup. Please contact the manufacturers directly at www.divacup.com with your request.

As a Canadian living in Mexico and working on environmental issues in Latin America and the Caribbean, I was struck by the total lack of awareness of menstrual alternatives in this end of the world. When I heard about the Alternatives Forum being put on by the Espiral Siete collective in Puebla, Mexico, I decided it would be the perfect opportunity to begin to raise consciousness of the options available. However, since I had never done this sort of thing before, I wasn't sure where to start. When I contacted Lunapads for assistance, Madeleine Shaw not only offered to send Lunapads samples to display, but also connected me with other companies that provide different reusable menstrual products.
