I began using The Keeper (now the Diva Cup) about a year and a half ago after hearing about it in Bitch magazine.  At first, I found it very difficult to get used to and hard to put in, especially if I was too dry and it became a bit painful.  I really, *really* wanted to give it a shot, though, as I knew the positive environmental impact would be huge, not to mention the money I'd save and the convenience it would afford me.  Well, I went back to your website and read through the tips that were offered there, and kept trying.  I've found that if I insert it in the shower, my body is just moist enough to make it easy.  Otherwise, my own blood is enough to make insertion simple and comfortable!  I also found that I was putting it much too high up and simply inserting it a bit lower did the trick.
Anyway, needless to say I am a total convert and so happy that I've gotten into a rhythm with my Keeper!  I would encourage anyone else who is considering alternative menstrual products -- or anyone currently having difficulty with the DivaCup -- to keep at it and use the diva cup regularly.  I'm not exaggerating when I say that this changed my life!  I now never have to worry about having tampons in my bag for *emergencies* and feel good knowing I'll never have to buy another pad or tampon in my life!  Keep up the great work and all of us happy Keeper/Diva Cup users will keep spreading the word!

"Thank you again for your kind words! I appreciate it so much! I actually received my Diva Cup on the first day of my period, and was able to use it right away. It is a bit tricky getting used to using it, but it really has helped quite a bit already! I've noticed a decrease in the severity of my cramps, and have little to no leakage. This is wonderful, since I have an incredibly heavy flow that simply feels icky to walk around with! It will take some getting used to, but I believe that if I stick to it I'll have it down in no time! I most certainly see an improvement already!
