Heavy Flow

The DivaCup is ideal for heavy flow. If you prefer pads, Lunapads are available in several lengths and widths for heavy flow.  The Heavy Flow Starter Kit provides a sampling of pads and extra liners for average to heavy days, while the Deluxe Kit has a full collection of pads for heavy flow days (and your light days too).  For a more streamlined fit, choose Deluxe Lunapanties- simply add and replace the Liners as you need during the day.   Lunablankets offer extra protection for your bed at night.
