DivaCup How-to Guide 

To use the Diva Cup:

With the stem facing downward, fold the DivaCup using one of the methods suggested below. Insert the folded cup as far as you comfortably can. Release, then run your finger along the outside edge to be sure it's fully opened. Then, bringing it downward slightly, turn it in order to create a gentle seal.

The 'U' Fold:

                                                    Step 1                                Step 2

                                 Pinch the sides of the cup together, then fold over again.

The 'Push Down' Fold:

                  Push one side of the cup in to itself, then pinch the sides together

To remove the DivaCup, bear down and squeeze the bottom until you feel the seal release, then remove. Empty into the toilet and rinse or wipe out your cup thoroughly before reinserting.

At the end of your cycle, wash your DivaCup thoroughly with soap or DivaWash and hot water. The DivaCup can also be boiled when necessary. Rinse, air-dry and store in a cool, dry place.
