Liner Inserts are used to increase the absorbency of our Pads, and will last approximately as long per use as a comparably-sized disposable pad or tampon. Changing Liner Inserts allows you to easily keep your pads as fresh as you want, as often as you need. Stack multiple Liner Inserts for extra absorption.
Unlike Pantyliners, Liner Inserts cannot be used on their own and must be used in conjunction with a Pad or Lunapanty.
