Discontinued Bikini

Lunapanties are Organic Cotton underwear with a pad sewn permanently into the gusset, making them an all-in-one replacement for disposable Pads and Pantyliners. Regular Lunapanties feature a built in 100% cotton fleece gusset, but DO NOT have nylon lining or ric-rac bands. They make great everyday underwear, and can also be used for light flow and back-up protection with a menstrual cup, like The DivaCup.

Basic bikini cut. Suitable for daily needs, very light flow or as backup protection for The DivaCup. Also works well as maternity underwear (prenatal and postnatal) and for light incontinence.  Not compatible with Liners.
