In preparation for my daughter's menarche, we got some Lunapads, a small sized DivaCup and this book. My preparation was reading "Are you there God? It's Me, Margaret." My Mom had no idea what I was reading. I got her that book too, of course. The Teen Booklet was full of lots of useful, on-topic information. When it came time, she was not ready to use the DivaCup, but the book had prepared her for making this personal decision.

I really like the photo of a young woman wearing her Lunapanties with her arms across her chest looking so happy!
I also learned that I could take my Lunapads into the shower and wash them in there before laundering. (Posted on 9/17/11)
